“If you are the sort of person who is deeply affected by what you see in the world, and who suffers as a result of your own feelings of empathy and helplessness in the face of the suffering of others, then this course is for you. It will give you a method by which you can engage with suffering without being consumed by it. Through this course, your relationship with your fellow human beings will be irrevocably changed for the better.” — CCT Participant
“The cultivation of compassion has such huge potential benefits for our daily lives, teaching us how to transform suffering into an opportunity for growth, and how to protect ourselves from the sorrow and difficulty we see around us each day. If you are your own harshest critic, this course opens your eyes to the enormous power and wisdom that can be found when we turn our compassion inwards.”
— Deborah Bircham, Live Well with Chronic Illness
